IP intelligence and analytics – A few cases

Adjukines delivered an analytical report to a leading pharma manufacturer related to off-patented Biologics and small molecules for a set of defined therapeutic areas, which have been approved by USFDA, DCGI / CDSCO and EMA. This helped client orient its new product development, manufacturing and marketing operations.

A venture-invested company commissioned Adjukines to perform landscape and freedom-to-operate analysis for its simulation-driven diagnostic product. The client leveraged the analysis to (a) make/refine territory-wise commercialization plans (b) protect its own tech/product through copyrights and patents – an IP strategy recommended by Adjukines.

A series-A funded start-up, while exploring the next round of investments, engaged Adjukines to develop the IP pitch, and take it through investors’ IP due diligence processes. Adjukines provided IP intelligence support and helped the start-up respond to investors’ IP and related queries, thereby contributed in the execution of investment agreement.

Adjukines conducted a comprehensive IP audit for an institute having a large IP portfolio (~200 patents). In a nut shell, Adjukines’s job was to categorize them into ‘to be pursued’ and ‘not to be pursued’ with defendable justifications thereof from enforceability, commercializability and budget point of views. This helped the institute align its financial resources with IP assets.
